Please be reminded that:

1) Your vouchers should be accurate and according to the final approved budget.  

2) Due to time limitation, if there are deletions that you may resubmit, you must do so within 3 working days from the date notified by us via email or from the date you received the deletion from the Comptroller's Office, whichever comes first.  To avoid delay, please do not mail these resubmissions, they should be hand-delivered directly to my attention.  If you will be on vacation/leave for the period 12/31/2007 - 2/15/2008, you must provide us the name, telephone and email address of the person who will act during your absence.  Late submission because your absence from the office will not be accepted.  

3) Due to time limitation, you MAY NOT be allowed to resubmit for deletions if they were due to errors made by your agencies.  

These errors may include but are NOT LIMITED to missing check #, missing tax certification form, incorrect period, incorrect account, incorrect description of expense, expense not listed in the approved budget, position not listed in the budget, salaries charged to HS fund is greater than the approved budget.....

4) Failure to meet the minimum required Non-Federal Share (1/3 of your Head Start expenses), may result in the following consequences:

- Repayment of Federal funds expended, that were not properly matched
- Reduction in future Head Start funding, if unable to provide sufficient non-Federal share
- Inability to qualify for expansion or one-time funding
